Client Comments

"Where to begin? We found Ben through a friend who had a great experience buying a house with him. As first-time home buyers, we didn't know exactly what we were looking for and Ben was extremely patient helping us understand the pros and cons of various trade-offs. He was tireless helping us to find the right place and never hesitated to tell us to wait. He has a tremendous amount of knowledge and could easily serve as a general contractor, engineer, designer, or architect and did elements of all of these for us. This was invaluable for us since he could help us look at properties and understand their hidden potential (and when they had none) and realistically discuss what it would take to get them there whether it was through hiring a contractor or doing the work ourselves. We would not have picked our house if Ben hadn't put together plans for changes we could make before moving in which making it perfect for us. Not only did he draw the plans, but he helped us pick and manage contractors, taught us to do the work ourselves where it was more cost-effective, and continued to support us long after the house closed and other realtors would have walked away. I cannot imagine having gone through the process with anyone else, suffice to say that we would have ended up with way less of what we wanted and would not have had nearly as much fun in the process. Stop looking for realtors and start looking at houses. You cannot do better"
